I am a qualified Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, offering individual and relationship counselling to adults in South East London.
Approach
My practice is rooted in Transactional Analysis and a relational approach. This means that together, we will look at how you relate to yourself, to others, and to the world around you. This work is typically open-ended and goes beyond solution-oriented symptom management, instead focusing on self-discovery, self-acceptance and sustainable change.
I consider inclusivity as absolutely essential to my work and am committed to providing an anti-discriminatory/oppressive practice. I provide affirmative support to clients of all sexualities and genders and those in different relationship structures (including monogamous, polyamorous and open relationships). I work with neurodiverse and neurotypical clients and view differing processing styles as equally valid. I consider how different racial, cultural and spiritual backgrounds can shape clients’ identities and experiences of the world and hold an intersectional lens that recognises systemic oppression.
Qualifications and Accreditation
I have a Diploma in Transactional Analysis and am undertaking an MSc in Transactional Analysis at Metanoia Institute
I am registered trainee member of UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy)
