Individual Therapy

Everyone goes through times of loss, pain, confusion and impasse. Therapy is your place to share your difficulties, even when they feel uncomfortable, messy or shameful. I will listen and offer questions and reflections. Together we will create a space where you can gain insight, explore emotions and begin to make changes.

I work to create a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment where all parts of you are welcome and you can bring whatever is troubling you, at your own pace. I also believe that meaningful change sometimes comes from looking at things differently. Therefore, I balance empathy, compassion and gentle challenge in my practice

My practice is based in Transactional Analysis, which means that together we will look at your patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving as you relate to yourself and others. By exploring these patterns and the experiences that shaped them, we will open the door to new decisions and ways of being. We will use our relationship in therapy as a safe testing ground to explore patterns, build trust, and practice new ways of connecting. This work is typically open-ended and focuses on self-discovery and acceptance, leading to sustainable change.

I offer support for a wide range of issues and presentations and you are welcome to bring any topic, but below are a few areas of focus:
